PAYMENT
UK CUSTOMER payments can be made either by using Paypal, the official E-Bay payment system, or by printing out our order form and sending it in the post to us with a cheque payable to V Aldridge.
PAYPAL PAYMENT
For payment via Paypal please use the link at the top of our order form.
POSTAL PAYMENT
If you wish to place an order by post you can do this by downloading our order form, filling it in then printing it off and sending it with your cheque or postal order. You can also email the form back to us so that we can hold the item or items for you until we have received your cleared postal payment.
You are welcome to contact us by email for any queries regarding stock availability and/or to place an order.

OVERSEAS PAYMENTS

Please note that all orders from outside the UK can only be paid through Paypal.
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within three working days, once payment has been received and cleared. Please note however that many of our products need to be made to order. Please be prepared to allow between 7 & 28 days for these items to be dispatched. We will advise you by e-mail as soon as we can if and when this is the case.
UK Postage and packing will be charged at £2.00 per order and every order despatched by 1st class post.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Overseas shipping costs for small items such as jewellery, hair barrettes and key rings will be charged at £2.00 per order which currently is the equivalent of approx US $3.10. Obviously the exchange rate will change frequently and therefore this is just a rough guide of the exchange equivalent in dollars.
Overseas shipping costs for larger, heavier items will have to be advised in each case so please contact us before placing your order.
RETURNS
We hope that you are completely happy and satisfied with everything that you receive from us. However, we will gladly refund the purchase price of any items, not including postage & packing provided that they are returned within 14 days in their original condition.
